Delivery Information
To ensure your order arrives safe and sound, all parcels must be signed for. Please ensure that your delivery address is somewhere you or someone close to you will be available to sign and pick up the package (i.e. home or place of business). If you are not present during time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with details explaining how you can reschedule to pick up your parcel.
Delivery time will vary depending on product availability and clearance of payment, and if your order is made on the weekend or falls on UK holidays, delivery time will take 1-2 days longer. Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be removed from your order on invoice. The current UK VAT amount will be applied.
Note: duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
All full priced items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase and all non-full priced items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.
To return an item, simply email info@chrissimpsondesigns.com and request a RAN (Return Authorisation Number), and follow the steps below. This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds from within the UK are free of cost. If you want to return a package, please email us with proof of postage cost, and we will issue a payment for you in the claimed amount. EU and International refunds and exchanges are non-refundable. The postage will be at the cost of the customer.
Purchases must be returned exactly how they arrived. Please ensure that items are returned with security tag intact, in their original packaging, and proof of purchase with a clearly written RAN number provided by Chris Simpson.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for bespoke commissioned pieces, wedding rings or engagement rings, including stock bands that have been engraved. However, if the item is found to be faulty, Chris Simpson Designs reserves the right to repair the item first or re-make the item for you.
Due to the nature of Bespoke commissions and the upfront cost of materials incured, we will require a Non Refundable deposit of 50% on the quoted price of a handmade item of jewellery.
How to make a return.
Safely package up your item using the original packaging and box, and write your Return Authorisation Number clearly on the front of the packaging.
Make sure you include the following paperwork:

Please retain your proof of postage and let us know how much the postage cost so we are able to refund your postage costs quickly and easy.
Your refund will be issued within 3-5 days of your item being received at our studio. The full amount of goods purchased will be returned to the same payment method used to make your original purchase. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you directly.

STL Files Purchased:
Please take note that any STL files purchased or made to order are sold as accurate watertight STL files based on stone measurements and finger rail sizes supplied by the client.
We can in no way be held responsible for the manufacturing methods or casting methods and the final accuracy of any shrinkage that may occur due to files being printed on 3rd party printers ie: Solidscape printers.
Please inform us upfront which printers and casting methods you intend to use so that we can make allowances for this on your 3d files.
Any questions, please feel free to call and discuss.
Thank You
Chris Simpson
